ILG is family company which has been successfully working in the field of developing and producing noise-reducing products, including those for occupational health and safety, for over 40 years.
Our main field of activity involves the enclosure of recycling machines and plants of every kind. In the continuous development of our systems, it is important to us to be able to guarantee the greatest possible noise reduction, occupational safety, stability and the associated durability.

Our services
Our services already start in the approval phase with the assessment of the respective noise situation. Under consideration of the predetermined reference values at certain immission points, we then use noise propagation calculations to determine the required noise-reduction measures. Of course, we guarantee our predicted assessment after the proposed measures have been implemented in the form of a warranty.
Due to our decades of experience with over 1,000 reference objects worldwide, we are available as a reliable partner for the planning of new installations requiring a permit, as well as for existing recycling plants which no longer comply with the current legal guidelines and must therefore need to be retrofitted.
Furthermore, we are innovatively expanding our delivery in all areas, such as: Extraction systems for reading booths, control cabins for recycling machines or complete enclosures for shredder plants with the possibilities for dust removal.
Our field of activity also covers passive noise control within industry outside of the recycling sector. For example, we implement:

Thanks to our in-house design and production, we are able to implement almost all requirements for all of our customers.
In modular construction, heavy-duty elements in a range of different designs are installed using conventional steel construction. In this way, we guarantee maximum noise reduction, occupational safety and stability.
The planning and implementation are based on site-related conditions and strive to take work-related processes into account.
Sorting cabins
We develop our sorting cabins in accordance with current workplace ordinance regulations as well as taking an ergonomic workplace design into account. We tailor their designs individually and adapt them to the respective requirements of the plant manufacturer as well as those of the operator.
The advantages of our cabins include optimal occupational safety, noise and heat insulation plus the option of a range of additional installations, as well as a modular construction method for fast installation.
Noise barriers
More than 100,000 m² of our noise barriers now provide a more pleasant environment.
In the recycling sector in particular, different levels of external noise occur depending on the location. We have planned and developed noise barriers that effectively reduce them to a legally required level.
The appearance of the business premises is determined by an individual colour scheme and the architectural design of our noise barriers.
Control cabins
ilg delivers individually manufactured machine-monitoring cabins for shredders, presses and shears.
Our control cabins, specially designed for the raw material processing sector, guarantee the operator the highest possible mechanical stress – in addition to the required noise reduction to a permissible level.
Both flash-resistant bulletproof glass panes and movable splinter protection grids, combined with solid steel construction, guarantee the required and highest possible occupational safety for your operating personnel.
